I've spent some time trying to connect these references to the previous games and to forms of existing media in the real world but haven't been able to come up with a concrete explanation. I spent over three hours looking for the PogoStick weapon throughout the city and it's surrounding areas but unfortunately could not find it. The Capital City in that region is called City Diravello and it's located in Regno. This is a reference to a two-handed weapon that can be found in the Capital City located in Region 03, which is Insula Stritate.
